Does removing and deleting certain cookies from your computer reduce the number of pop-up adds ?
you receive while on the internet?
TWICE I have deleted almost all my cookies but my sports page and other essential ones and scan them daily, still POP UPS appear juat as much it seems. So I say NO Have a good day!
It may help, but won't eliminate the problem. Your best bet is to install a pop-up blocker on your web browser. A lot of browsers offer pop-up blocker plug-ins or you can block them in settings somewhere. I don't get any pop-ups, so I recommend it. Do a search on Google or on your browser's "Help" feature for a pop-up blocker for your browser to get instructions.
