I like to work on music, and play my guitar. Or if im not in the mood for that i will take a walk and listen to my ipod and just think, by the time im done, im not as upset.
When I'm upset, the mood tends to linger. I would usually just sleep on it. After I wake up, I usually feel better.
I like to try and “shake it off” because I don’t like to feel upset for too long, but sometimes things just can’t be let go of easily. If I am feeling upset, I like to go for a walk and see the situation from a different perspective.
I like to have some quiet time by myself and then talk it over with a friend.
It usually depends on what I'm upset about, but usually it involves crying or going to sleep. Praying always helps, and even talking to a best friend.
Driving relaxes me to no end, although I have been known to stay up all night painting and/or doing native american bead work.

I'm angry, frustrated, aggravated, upset, mad, ect. : I need to find a good "release", any ideas?I often find myself feeling like I'm under constant attack (verbally) & it seems to be worse the closer I am to someone. I take jokes the wrong way & simple words to personal....

What do you doodle most? What mood are you at that time usually?I doodle house, flowers, grass, trees, sun, smilies etc...and sometimes even careless designs...I'm mostly busy thinking/planning something; and at other times, I feel relaxed while doodling

What is good for an upset stomach?I have heard that tea, toast, yogurt and bananas are good for an upset stomach. Do you have any other natural remedies that might help?
