Does publishing an article on HPages give the company license to repurpose my content for profit?
Yes but my work at Examiner.com says I "own" the copyright but once I publish on the company site, the own what's on their Web site and have license to profit from my work w/out any add'l compensation to me.
Is it the same here at HubPages?
No, at Hubpages you always own what you put on the site indefinitely. There TOS agreement cannot use your work for any reproductive or profiting ways. It CAN change where your work appears on the site if ever needed it. It also reserves the right to delete any content that breaks there rules.
