Affiliates usually have just one "level", occasionally two.  The commission when you make an affiliate sale is usually substantial.  The percentage is usually much higher than in MLM.  For affiliates, the commissions can from 25% up to 75% or so.  (Amazon is an exception, paying much less).

MLMs have more levels, each one paying less.  Most MLMs are scams.  And those that have good products still have compensation plans that suck.

The attraction of MLM is that, supposedly, other people work for you.  The problem is that other people are supposed to work for you.  And they can't or won't.

Extremely different. The pay is based upon volume in an MLM and with an affiliate program you are usually paid by the sale. Some affiliate programs can pay as high or higher than a $1000.00 per sale.

There are even a couple of affiliate programs that pay on 2 tiers.

Those two answer for affiliate programs and network marketing programs is only partly right....  the truth about affiliate marketing programs you need to find the sales for your self do all the marketing yourself and compet with thousands of other affiliate marketers...but you still can make money..the best way o make money with an affiliate program is to teach others how to do it the right way...it isn't hard to do at all

Now for netork marketing net work marketing is a professional business where you earn multiple streams of income in many ways...this is done 1st way:... when you sell a products or service, 2nd way...when someone buys a products or service in your downline and 3rd way...when other people buy from you or your downline.

When you start with a network marketing program you want to start off slow and learn while you earn and for the info about people are suppose to do the work for you that is completely false...your upline will help you as much as you want them to..this is becuase if you succeed they will also succeed..

.Think about this for a minute if you had someone to show you how it all works would you join the network marketing business...this would be a yes answer...when everyone knows how it all works and how to put it all together they everybody wins...network marketing is a teaching business filled with thousands of professionals just waiting for someone to share their advice with..

I recommend finding out more about network marketing...you will be glade that you did....I used to think that network marketing was a scam as well but i found real professionals to help me understand how it works and what it is all about...

if you really want success in life and never have to worry about money ever again look up a program in network marketing and join it...
