How would you answer to a customer if...
If the customer was really rude to you on the phone, then when they come in they for some reason point it out (by saying something like, "gee, I must have come across rude!")
What would you say? I tend to say nothing because I know if I do, it wont be nice
wouldn't say what i dearly would love to but i'd be overly nice to the point it made them uncomfortable. if they commented on that god help 'em
