As a young employee, have you ever take a decision to leave a work, did you find it a wise decision,
& what happened next?
Quitting a job is hard to do, because then you have to face the unknown. And that's scary. I've quit several jobs in the last 20 years or so and always found a better one after... so I'd have to say it was a good decision. Doesn't hurt to be prepared though. Make sure you have some savings to live on or maybe find he next job before you leave so you aren't facing so much financial hardship between jobs.
Yeah. Took me awhile but I found a better job. But maybe if you're talking about yourself, this economic climate is not a good time to leave work.
