The best way to go about doing that would be to build a long list of Hubs related to a certain subject and gather a following of Hub writers who trust you and value your input. Recommending a product every now and again would generate interest from your followers and as long as the products are quality then they would help spread the word for you. Choosing your products to promote needs to be done carefully as to not promote an inferior or questionable product and risk losing the trust of your followers.
