What ever happened to customer service? Does any company care anymore about their customers?
Airlines overbook flights just expecting that someone will give up their seat, the post office lady just gabs with someone for what seems like forever while a line of people are waiting...does anyone care about customer service anymore???
There are a few that I love visiting for service, mainly Chick-Fil-A's. But the rest of them just disappoint me. My husband works in car part sales and everyone who doesn't cheat the customer gets low sales. It's sad to see that cheating pays.
Yes it is sad that cheating people is the norm these days. I'm glad you have experienced some good customer service even if it is Chick-Fil-A's. Hopefully most food places have good customer service. Transportation is the scary one.(trains.planes..)
