I will learn first...because I don't know too.
Traffic is nothing but the more no.of visitors. More no.of visitors means the site visibility should be more!! The site should be visible at top of the search engines to get the more no.of visitors!! all these are interlinked to each other!!
you need to do seo for your site for getting more and more traffic.
getting traffic can come 2 way long term and short term let focus on longterm first of all most of it is free with the exception of list building. articles and blogs are pretty much free and are 2 of the best ways to get longterm traffic. if you share great content then people will folllow you and the more people who follow you the more backlink you get the more backlinks the more traffic.you get. good luck to everyone.
Just write articles. I find it to be the most efficient and leveraged way to send traffic to your website. Sacrifice the time to master article writing and it will pay off for years
write quality articles and work on backlinks
Thank you for the posting good article.<a href="https://digitalfloats.com/ ">digital marketing course in hyderabad</a>
I will try to answer this question in a simple way. There are two types of traffic Free and Paid.
It is very easy to get paid traffic but, it is difficult to get paid traffic at a cheap price.
For free traffic, you need to strive a lot. The biggest source of Free Traffic is Google. You need to do SEO which is a Long term process of getting traffic.
Other freeways would be comments or replies to threads like these, Facebook groups, WhatsApp messages.
Why are you having to ask when you have a hub called "How to Generate hubpages Traffic" ?
Oh Misha we feel stupid now, the original question has disappeared!
He-he, I don't, let them feel stupid, what they obviously are
@IzzyM i'm sorry.. i'm trying to edit it but i mistakenly click on delete. but you know the question. right!!!
Yes, that's true but i will like to learn more if there is other means of generating traffic
Go fool somebody else please.
We have wannabes of your ilk dozen a day here.
I must have missed the "wannabe" sign up slip.. How do I register?
First of all, you should say "I would like to learn...", and it would have helped if in your original question you'd said "Asides from x, y, z.." (x,y z referring to the methods in your hub about traffic),"is there another way to generate traffic?"
You might have been taken seriously then.
Hubpages require you speak English.
Hubpages also require you have a good grasp of English. Sadly,I don't think you do.
Having said that, writing is a great way to learn so long as you don't take offence when someone like me corrects you.
I don't mean to be offensive. How can you learn if no-one points it out to you?
As to your question about generating traffic, I'll leave that to someone else to answer as I am not an expert.
Izzy like your comment straight to the point with no chaser lol!
I'm sorry to disappoint you guys, what can i do now to be favored
O Misha must be silly hour, am I late?
lol. Favored, well, flattery leaves smiles, flirting gets you fans
original content gets you respect
promotion shows work
and use of Search helps you find answers.
Thanks to you all, I am willing and Ready to learn more from your own experience. ok!
This should set you on the right track <snipped>
Misa,
What have you written that snipped?
I don't remember what was there, most probably my backlinking hub...
There are tons of material on SEO across the net. Just google those and read.
Thanks,
Jyoti Kothari
There's actually a lot of great SEO informatin on hubpages. I usually search here first because I can't always trust the stuff I find on the other platforms.
If you're starting out on hubpages, you should read up on different people's hubs about how to write hubs before you start. It'll save you a ton of time and maybe save you from getting flagged or banned by hubpages and google.
Just take a little time to respond to a hub you like, or send or special note of encouragement.
try link www.linkreferral.com is free traffic exchange program
Getting traffic is a piece of cake..lol

SEO is mystery. But, you can find with your method anyway. Slowly but sure.
And dont use blackhat SEO, or you will get SANDBOX.
Through SEO work like.
Article submission.
Forum posting.
Whatever your NICHE is, focus on placing your site in directories that are similar as your niche. So for example, if your niche deals with the failure rate of network marketers, and you provide solutions to them, then you submit your site to directories on internet/network marketing. You write articles and submit them in internet/network marketing categories.
By doing these, you will increase traffic dramatically. Stay within your focused niche, and the traffic will come. Do not try to post your site on every single thing. It just will not work.
Marketing wise, you can begin to market your website using:
1) Social networks
2) Forums
3) Article directories
etc.....
So, what's next? GO AND MAKE IT HAPPEN! If you need some help, then get with someone who you think will help you in internet marketing. PERIOD!
Misha? Your going to change from what you are already doing???? Ot Oh.....world in crisis !!!!!!
so so sooo many steps you need. But these all steps are very simple and easy to do.
Internet Marketing
1. Social Media Sites
Cover these sites to get traffic by creating your profile and sharing information regarding your site.
2. Video Marketing
Make as many as videos and upload on popular video engines
3. Article Directories/ Blogs
Create as many as articles and blogs to give back links to your site
4. E-mail Marketing
Use auto-responders to grab traffic by providing quick and efficient replies also email people your site details
Use promotions and regularly work on these things. You will get your site not only ranked efficiently also will get heavy traffic.
1.Write content on your blog that is of high quality and is helpful to people.
2.Make a video or two about your blog and upload it to Youtube.
3.Tell your friends about your website and ask them to share it with their friends.
4.Social bookmark your site to get huge traffic and backlinks.
Traffic takes slow, regular and hard work unless you've decided to hire some people online to take care of your advertising. I mention building traffic in my blogs and it is something that I wrestle with on a daily basis. However, i've developed some websites where traffic is increasing and also established great serps as well. Wouldn't say its easy though. A lot of trial and error.
Article posting and blog posting increase the visitors on your site, sharing your site link on social networking is also advantage from visitor point of view.
SEO- which includes article writing, blog posting, Hub Creation:), Directory links, blog commenting, forum comments, press release writing and submission, social bookmarking.
Many people think that having a good website is all you need to get tons of visitors. Wrong answer. Getting traffic to your site takes hard work and diligence and is not accomplished overnight. Think about it this way - how are people supposed to know where to find your site if you don't tell them? You must advertise.
Great spam!
This is exactly what we need - an automated service to spam the net with worthless and/or damaging backlinks.
That's interesting - the post that I was actually replying to is now gone.
Not a bad thing - it merely pushed automated backlink software.
Not trying to network backlinks, but someone should be honest, and without callous.....
Actually, simply advertising is not spam. 'Spam' is FALSE advertising. Besides, advertising on the web, is not only helping it survive, but is a huge source of SURVIVAL for a lot of people. Some people aren't physically able to have a 'regular' job. For example,(I have narcolepsy). Backlinks are just another source of information and education. An example of our rights to learn and do RESEARCH. It's not even like sharing private information; like being able to buy someone's cell phone records(witch I think should be illegal); It's just a documentation of how things work in the currant market. We should have the right to know what's happening in our economy.
"Sharing is caring" if someone's business helps someone else's grow, isn't that a good thing?
Once again...I'm not trying to network 'backlinks'. I just think some comments were un-called for.
To get good traffic to your site, write search engine optimized content, also participate in forum posting by using your website url as your byline.
Social media sites, article marketing, video marketing, sharing your link on facebook and twitter ,Do SEO ,keyword research before writing articles ..
Hi,
Increase the traffic of your website means increasing the visitors for your website. You should try and increase the backlinks for your site by posting various articles and blogs. Posting press-releases in various sites helps in promoting your site. You should try and involve yourself in forum posting and do blog commenting. Also you should make a fan page for your site and increase Social Media Marketing. All this should certainly help.
To get the more traffic to your site ,then you should prefer off page optimizing service.
If you are using white hat techniques for your SEO, then it will simply take some time. If you try and fool the search engines, you will eventually pay the price. Unless you are paying for traffic, you need to be prepared to invest time and effort. That said, the deeper into niche you go, the quicker you will see search engine results. Find very specific key words with minimal competition, then create the best content for those key words. At the end of the day, the search engines do a pretty good job of finding quality.
Social medias like facebook twitter; SEO; Blogs; articles etc, so many ways to get traffic to website, choose one fits you most
You can use Social Media sites such as Facebook , Twitter , LinkedIn from these sites you can do advertise of your site. You can make blogs related to your site and post it. You can do Forum Posting which will be useful for getting traffic to your site. You can do Article submission related to your site or product and submit it to article related site. These are the ways by which you may get traffic.
Seo and Pinterest marketing should give you what you want.
I just started using Pinterest for my personal blog and my traffic has grown by 200%
I think people will only visit our site either searching for something which they are not getting or just as a curiosity if they are attracted by something unique. For mediocre stuff nothing will happen.
Seo is usually your best bet, but since it takes a bit of time for its effect to kick in, in the time being you should look into using Pinterest.
Just create bold, rich pins and your traffic should start to soar.
In addition to various good contributions, give more value that required on your sites.
If you are a marketer or seller of ,women sturff for exampke, you can write or do a 2minutes video about a lady motivational speaking on competence and leadership.
Secondly, add the link to a website that display array of colourful, smart, designs and styles that shows off women in corporate or official atire to the article.
Again, discounting of commodities in pricing using coupon is another tyoe of value that can be added.
The combination of two or all of these three tacts will definitely attracts traffic to your merchant website..I used this as an example. It all depends on what your website is about.
Getting traffic to a new website is a real challenge. For that as a beginner, you can follow the below best practices.
1) Write useful content which will solve people's queries
2) Share your article on social platforms
3) Answer questions on platforms like Quora and mention your article
4) Learn SEO and optimize your website for organic traffic
5) Grow yourself as an authority by sharing your knowledge by helping others wherever possible.
Strategies to obtain more website traffic are as follows:-
Create a Free Google My Business Listing
Perform On-Page SEO
Get Listed in Online Directories
Build Backlinks
Post to Social Media
Include Hashtags in Your Posts
Use Landing Pages
Target Long-Tail Keywords
Guest Blog
Engage Online
Promote content in relevant online communities
Appear on podcasts
Update “outdated” content, etc.
