   Can you write an article in MS Word then paste it to HubPages?
   
   Could you do that with the text when you want to create a new Hub?

   Yeah, you can write your Hub in MS and paste in the Hubpages Text editor.But you need work with normal fonts, made font changes in Hubpages only.

   That is the way I do it.  I don't like writing in the capsules so I cut and paste.

   Yes, that is a great way to write it if you prefer the writing in word.  I find it easy just to type right on the site.  You also don't have all the font options here as you do on word.

   I wouldn't have thought of doing it any other way. You can write, revise edit, craft; do everything in a format you're familiar with, then cut and paste into HubCapsules.
   
   You also have the advantage of selecting your work in 'bite-sized' sections, to make loading the capsules easier. (Once you've shifted the work across though, you'll find it easier to work within the Hub format to edit and shift text elements around to accommodate non-text capsules.)
   
   As a tip, once you've completed your Hub, you can easily save any changes you've made back to your own hard drive, by selecting the final copy from the published piece, and pasting it back in one cohesive unit.
   
   Or, if you like, select 'print' from the panels below the piece, in 'edit' format, but when the dialog box pops up, choose 'make pdf' and save that back to your hard drive. Looks pretty good - and of course, no actual printing is involved.. Cheers.

    Yes, I do it all he time and I highly recommend it.  There are occasional quirks with format on poetry but the written articles translates very well most of the time.  It is a far better method than writing in the space on HP. WB

    Yes. I first write my article in word, and then I  put my article through copyscape for plagerisim. Then I copy paste to hp. I have done everyone of my articles that way.

    Absolutely. I use MS Word myself and take full advantage of it's spelling check and grammar check before copying and pasting into Hub capsules.
    
    One important thing that I also do... If I have an apostrophe in a title or in the summary text, I retype that in the title field and in the summary tab field. Why? Because HubPages uses the utf-8 character set and it messes up the code used by Word for apostrophe's and also for quotes. Ever see strange characters in titles or the summaries in someone's RSS feed? That's what causes those.

    Yes you can.  This is how I normally write my articles so that I can spell check the document before posting.
    
    You may find that your formatting may not translate fully, so you need to spend some time updating this prior to posting.

    In this short span of time in Hubpages I have been doing so and that's quite simple too, we have lot of options, choices, space rather and one can do it when we are offline too. I must say we all would prefer doing the writing part in MS word at least.

    Yes, I do the same, I write articles in MS word, when it finish, I start new hub and copy all matter from word to hub layouts.

    I start write different articles in MS Word files at different times. When I feel one article is complete, then I copy the texts to a new hub with a suitable photo I have taken already. Then I publish a hub. I think it works fine!

    Yes you can. I do this because I find it is easier for me to start, stop, and come back, Then I just put together the hub all at once.

    I sometimes write the beginning of a hub in MS Word and then paste it into a text capsule.  Conversely, if I've written a hub directly into a text capsule and see that it just isn't working out as I envision, I'll paste the text into Word and rework it.
