We can't apply 'border' decorations around the whole hub, what we can do is provide 'lines' of graphics between capsules on a hub to break it up.

You can do this by creating a thin, wide graphic (as wide as your hub) and then using the 'Photo' capsule to insert it between other capsules that you want to seperate. You can see an example of how this is achieved here:

I've seen this done on a few hubs. Would love to do it for mine. Do you know what the dimensions of the graphic should be?

A hub's full width is 520 pixels. I like to make my dividers a little shorter than full-width (500 pixels) and I make them 5 pixels high. That makes for an attractive size in my opinion.

yeah, we can only apply page dividers that you can see in most hubs. I have a hub about applying the page divider.:

Dear Sereseus - How to improve hubs using a unique and special border sounds like a wonderful idea. We can all upload image graphics, paragraph dividers and decorations within the hub. The only way I can imagine adding a border would be to create your background with a mock border. This means the same border would surround ALL of your hubs. You couldn't make a new border for each hub. Just an idea.

You can add a divider bar as a full-width image.  Just make an image that is 520 pixels long and no more than 20 pixels high and then add it between your text capsules.  You can get some clip art, or make your own in Paint.
