It's so simple if you need some traffic from search engines then your hubs must be linked from other external but quality websites. When the Google, Bing and other search engines will realize that your hub is quite famous as there are other sites talking about it, they well definitely increase your rank and you'll get more traffic from Google, Bing, Yahoo and others.
