I have looked and looked for this answer, and I'm pretty sure that the only thing I'm doing is making myself crazy.
What I would like to know is this: when I (or anyone else) has signed up for the AdSense program, does Google decide which Hubs the ads will be on, or will they be on every Hub? Is there a way to put them on every Hub?
Any and all help appreciated. Thanks so much, guys.
What URL did you submit when you applied?
Once you've got an Adsense account, ads will show any place you put your code. On HubPages, if you've entered your code in your Account settings, HP will automatically add your code to all Hubs.
Entering the URL in Adsense is just a way of tracking what's making money and what's not, it doesn't cause ads to appear.
The idea is that if she starts seeing views, then she will know all is as it should be.
So far, I have done everything according to the HubPages 'How To...' which was enter hubpages.com on AdSense, come back and add my code to account settings. I have also done what paradigmsearch said as well- entering the specific urls for tracking purposes.
If you have done the configure thing at https://hubpages.com/my/earnings/affiliate/ , then you are already in business.
have i told you how much i love you?!?
it does say configured. the email i got says we will start showing ads on such-and-such hub. so i wasn't sure if they would limit to just that particular hub or what. thanks!!!!!
Sounds like things have changed since I went through this 2+ years ago. So I'm not really sure just how google does things these days.
What you can do is:
1. Go to your adsense account.
2. Click "My Ads".
3. Click "URL channels"
4. Click "+ new URL channel"
5. Paste in your hub URL's.
You will know within a day or two if all is well.
Ok, I did that, so I'll be watching.
Thanks again!! I am one happy camper
It does sound like things have changed over the years. I think it was about three or so years ago that I first got started with Google Adsense and it was pretty simple. I guess they have made it harder for some specific reason.... One never knows with Google!
You don't need to make channels for it to work, or to track where the earnings are. You just go to 'performance reports' and click 'sites'.

Hi, I have been posting a series of hubs on Dog Care and Adoption topics. All my hubs are original and I type each character in it. I also got a decent number of Hubs(21) to begin with all with good content. But google has twice turned down my request for adsense Account. It says-" Thank you...

Because of some technical problems with the Google AdSense API, since Thursday evening you can not associate or create a new Google AdSense account through the HubPages Affiliate Settings Page. If you try, the error you see will say an internal error occurred, which indicates a problem in...

I have published 21 featured hubs. And then I applied for Google AdSense. But it did not approve my account saying "Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into AdSense at this time. We did not approve your...

I just wanted to let other squids know that I was recently able to get my AdSense account approved. I am not one of the squids with a massive account, mine was rather small. At one time I had 25 lenses, I only moved over from Squidoo with 2 lenses and I have worked to create a...

Well, that’s nice, very nice. I haven’t got a clue of what I did wrong. And after filling in the online appeal form they told me they had reviewed my account information, taken my feedback into account, but still had concluded that my AdSense account has posed a significant risk. And I have no...

Hello, allI hope that you will forgive me in the sense that I probably already know the answer to this question but when it comes to Google Adsense, who among us who use it can afford to take a chance of getting banned given the extremely strict policies! My point is very simple:Today I came across...
