Paul, could we possibly have a way to track incoming traffic without having to actually open the hub?
And also a way to edit it (titles, tags, etc) without having to open it?
Maybe a drop down menu for each hub from the stats page?
Just to make it easier, and also to keep our own views from going into the totals??
Yes? No? Maybe?
Like given the choices to edit or view the traffic sources per hub on the account page when we see # comments, views by time frame, ups/downs, etc?
Not a bad idea, we'll throw it into the hopper. That page has been unwieldy for people with hundreds and hundreds of hubs for a while, so its overdue for a little refinement. I'm not sure I understand the concern about counting your own page views though.
My concern was just for me, sometimes I go into the hubs a lot to tweak or something and I just want to know how much hubpages traffic to my hubs is actually just from me, lol.
If you setup google analytics under the affliate section, you can block your own IP address from getting counted in your pageview stats.
No, it is separate. The analytics reports will give you a lot of data that you can't get from HubPages, not to mention a whole slew of ways to dissect and visualize the data.

We had this same problem a couple of weeks ago and it was resolved. Same problem again today though, so I'm reporting it. (If we don't report problems, how can we expect them to be fixed?)1 day stats are abnormally low, so I checked the stats on an individual hub. The 'day' stat there is...

How much time do you spend checking hub stats: page views, feedback, traffic sources, etc?Sometimes I think I would be better off spending less time checking my stats and more time writing. Other times I think I should check my stats because they let me know how my hubs are doing and I can use this...

I know there have been a lot of changes and I really appreciate that. I also am looking forward to the new hub layout...but...with disappointment. In any business, one must first make their assessment about what works and what doesn't. The things that don't work, you either fix them or get rid of...

There are a lot of hubbers that believe that the traffic stats inform the earnings figures. Considering that the traffic stats have not been working well lately it has got people worried that they aren't getting the earnings/impressions that they should be and this is damaging writer trust in HP....

Hey Hubbers,If you've not taken a look at your statistics page, then I advise you do so. It appears as if Staff has completely eliminated the slideshow views as a statistic? If this was indeed the case and it wasn't moved elsewhere, then why wasn't the community told about it?If it was moved to...

I can't remember when my account's stats were so low.So I opened one hub and looked at the stats on the top of the page. There it shows 185 views for the past 24 hours ... yet my account page only shows 82.Is HP aware of this problem? (Surely it won't be necessary for us to open every hub and...
