I won the helpful accolade 6 weeks ago and also received email notification regarding it. But from past few days I am unable to see the accolade. I hope you respond to it immediately. I won new accolade but the previous one is still not showing up.

It's possible to lose certain accolades, the "helpful" one included. In my experience, that one is pretty hit and miss. I got it a while back, but it seems to show up at random. It might be there in the morning and gone in the afternoon. And yet, I spend a lot of time doing the sort of tasks that win that accolade, and I do them very consistently. So I'm inclined to say that there's not much value in the "helpful" accolade.
I didn't know there was a helpful accolade. I also didn't know accolades come and go.
There are some accolades that are yours permanently, such as the one about the number of hubs, or your anniversary. However, there are others that can come and go based on your current activity. Your commenter and helpful accolades are like that.
See the learning center:

and the FAQ

Neither of these says you can lose your accolades, but my experience has shown that you can. I think it is based on the average amount of activity over a certain period of time.
I have read the learning centre but none of them states that the accolades can go......I think this is technical bug
As others have mentioned, accolades can come and go largely based on recent activity. Helpful is one of those that is temporary.
Thanks everyone for helping me out.....But one thing that should be done by hp is that it should be mentioned in learning centre as per my view...
It has been added to the FAQ.

I think I've lost one accolade. Does Admin remove the accolade if you are no longer actively engaged in that category?
