Personally, I don't care. Just an fyi.
I've seen the unpublished hub showing up in Analytics several times and assumed that because Google knows what page I asked for it knows that page is being visited. Or some such, anyway.
Can't see it matters as no one else can see the hub, just that I'm there. I hope...
Yep. I figured I'd just let HP know. I'll let them sort out whether this is a non-event or not.
It's a non-event just like wilderness said.
Your analytics code is on that page, so analytics reports those views, even though it isn't published.
When you view your unpublished Hubs that also counts toward the total views.
Google Analyltics should allow you to ignore certain IPs if you have a static address.

I know that our own views are counted on the stats page but I have not opened this hub to edit it today and yet I can see that I have had four visits!

Is it possible that, even when a Hub is in Idle Status, it could still be found on the Web and get views and thereby come out of Idle Status? I ask this because I was searching the Web on a subject and accidentally...
