Well, its official, my hubs are all down about 39%. Strangely enough my profile views are up to 40%. This is very odd cause usually my profile views are never that high.

Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe its just random.

That seems very strange, may be the views have come from people on hp who have seen you participating in the Algorithm forum debate and sneaked a look.

I just noticed something even more odd:

Analytics is showing just a tad less than twice the Google organic traffic as HP stats are.. what's up with that???

The hub page statistics are inaccurate at the best of time, and have been wildly inaccurate for me all week.  I suspect they are counting googlebot, for a start, and that google is crawling this site very rapidly at the moment.

So HP are showing half the amount as Analytics or twice the amount? Hmmm may need to check this out myself...

Actually, for 30 days, Analytics is showing 50% more.  Over 7 days, Analytics shows 25% more Google visits.

The data on hubs only reflects direct referrals to that page, and I believe, with that caveat, it's pretty accurate.   Google analytics is session based, so if someone comes from somewhere  and views 4 pages that will count as 4 page views from that referrer.

            That would explain it.

Could it be that analytics is showing Google ad impressions and HP stats are showing page views?

No.  I'm  pretty sure Google knows the difference smile

Does it take into account the 40% share of HP?

That could be, though is that how stats works?

I don't know.  I just know that my analytics and my HP stats have never matched up but I trust that neiter HP or Google are trying to screw me smile

My hubs have all but flatlined in the last 36 hours... sad

The pulse is very weak and the hubs might not make it through the night, but I have my fingers crossed for a full recovery wink

My hubs continue to decrease in traffic. Weekends are usually good for me (2000+ impressions sometimes) but it was not anywhere near that last weekend. Now, the week days are even worse.

I have had slight rises in traffic for some hubs but overall trending down 10-15% over the last 8 weeks across the board. Hard to even suggest (for my hubs) for only being here 9 months and a couple of major Google algo changes over that time.

My traffic was small but slowly rising before the change and now is almost non-existent.

I have had traffic rises, but I don't think its due to Google or anything, most likely because its something new.

Same here.  My hub traffic has been cut by more than half on average, but my profile views have gone up.
