One of my recent Hubs triggered the duplicates filter because of the quoted matter in the body. I was shown the message below on the hub.
CERTIFIED ORIGINAL: This Hub has been granted an exception to the HubPages duplicate content penalty.
Despite being flagged by our system as having a large number of duplicates of its content on the Web, this Hub has been reviewed and granted an exception to the usual penalty applied to Hubs with duplicate content.
Edit your hub and then use the "Submit For Publication" button to request a review.
I have edited the hub and republished. But I cannot find the "Submit For Publication" button.
The hub in question is How To Win An Argument - Each Time And Every Time
I just noticed this post, sorry for the delayed response. The message in the learn more link was just out of date, there is no action necessary on your part once the hub is certified as original.
Thanks Paul. I thought something was missing there.
