I was browsing the hubtivity screen and noticing the vast amount of spams. As I mentioned in response to Eric's thread minutes ago, even my own latest hub could be considered overtly promotional and was begging to be flagged (why don't you go and check it out and even flag it). Is it technically possible for the admin of hubpages to run a flagging tournament to acknowledge the zealous flaggers? Can someone suggest the rules and make the tournament fair and square?
