I find it difficult to edit my hubs. My attempt was to give some edits to some of hubs when they remain not featured due to low engagement. But due to certain technical issues, I cannot finish the task. Similar problem I find in the Questions section too. I also find problem when I try to start a hub today. Some sort of technical snag. Please advise what to do.
Your question was a little confusing. If your hub was not featured because of low engagement, editing it and maybe promoting it will help. If their are other issues, you said something about technical issues, I am not sure. That depends on the exact issue. There is usually something that will pop up, like, "one of your photos appears to be pixelated or low resolution", or other issues. I am not sure what issues you are having. Perhaps email the HP team and they can tell you what is wrong.

Ma'm, I understand it is the problem with the computer I usually use. I understood this when I changed my computer. I entered a Cafe and tried edit, it worked then. So I think it is the problem with my computer or net connection. Can you then offer what to do with my computer.
The computer which is not working correctly, have you tried it in the cafe, at home - and even other places and received the same results in all places?
At office, it doesn't work and when I try from a cafe it is ok. So I need to do something with the computer at office. Could you please share the tips. I am using Google chrome.
I met the same issue, once the hub done, and coupe months later, it would be low engagement, then the hub can't get featured...then my account score dropped...

The only reason that I mentioned the box was that it was what DoonKids was talking about.
When you edit, I imagine that you click 'Edit' and not just the title but do you click 'Edit' in each individual capsule and wait for the 'edit box' to appear? I now that if I do not click 'Edit' in just the correct spot it does not work and I have to keep trying.
Yes, The problem still exists there. I cannot edit any of my hubs. If I can't solve it by this evening, I will report it to HP people. Anyhow to give you an idea of the issue, I may describe the following: See, I wish to publish a hub. Half of the work is done. Now when I click the edit button, it didn't respond and as such I can't add any text there. This is for the first time I am facing this kind of problems.
Can you at least get into the main edit window? If you can then there should be as soon as you go in - on the upper right - a box, and probably in yellow background with blue letters - which tells you what is wrong with that particular Hub. If there is that box then you will have to go to each Hub for the reason(s) of each Hub.

There is a technical issue with PayPal affecting payments. We have filed a ticket with PayPal and expect to hear back from them within 24 hours.We take delivering payments on time very seriously and are doing all we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.
