I have come across a few hubs where there is a table of contents within a hub and when I click on any of the things within the table of contents I am taken to that specific section within that hub. I had no idea that option was even available when creating a new hub. At the very least I've not come across it. Is this something new? And how can one do this? Any help would be appreciated.

If my hub has a lot of sections with headings and I create a link for each one for my toc will that cause my hub to be unpublished or unfeatured as I'd end up having too many links in a single hub?

I give! I've searched the first 3 or 4 pages of "Getting Help" Forum and I've read the entire Link's Capsule section in the Learning Center (http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/using-hubtool). That Hub, by the way, has a large number of Quick Links in it. How do you create a list of topics...

It would be really cool to add a table of contents to hubs and click through sections. So extremely long hubs would allow someone to click the link in the TOC and take them to that section.Actually, I have seen someone create a link to a section of a hub before, but it takes a bit of knowledge...

How do you create a functioning table of contents for your hubs?By that I mean a table of contents with clickable chapters (or sections) that'll scroll you to that point of the hub automatically... I've seen it done, most instructions on this say you need to have a link, but that means re-opening...
