Woohoo! I've accomplished the 5 Featured Hubs feat. I know so many of you guys have reached this achievement since ages, but for me - as an occasional writer who got here not long ago - it's quite awesome! This community is really cool...
Congratulations and it really is an achievement to be proud of. It's like HubPages is telling you that your writing is a good match for this platform. Welcome to HubPages and write some more Hubs.
Hey WF, tnx! Yes, I will write more hubs.
Congratulations! I hope you continue to write more of the same.
Fellow hubbers, is there a minimum number of hubs to be published before I can be paid?
No, but to make the required $50 payout is going to take a looonngg time with just a couple of hubs.
Do they notify me if I made the required $50?
I don't believe so, but they will notify you the month following, when they make a payment to your paypal.
Of course, you can always check your earnings from the earnings page.
julie51
The minimum is between 10 - 20. Aim for 20 to be extra sure unless they are rated high and get continuous traffic.
The Examiner-1, how did you set up your display name (containing a space and capital letters)?
julie51
You can check on this yourself and there are two ways to look:
1) Up top of the page at the right, go to your name and you will see a list, click on 'earnings', or
2) Go to 'MyAccount' and click on Earnings,
Either way will take you to the same page and you click on 'Ad Program Reports' which is listed under 'HubPages Earnings Program Settings'.
Here you can check on how much you have made.
Lovebuglena, woah, you have 195 hubs! Impressive!
Congratulations, isaacsante. Every milestone, no matter how small it seems to you, is to be celebrated on your HP journey. Keep writing and enjoy this cool community.
isaaccasante,
For the the space I used the 'space bar' (the long bar at the bottom of the keyboard).
For the capital letters I used the 'shift' keys.
You must know about these, you used the question mark.
Kevin
Haha Examiner! Nooo... Of course I know that... I mean, how come your display name is not your username (all in lowercase)? I mean, check mine... my username is "isaacasante", and so is my display name, even though I entered my real name in my account's settings. Any way I can let my real name be my display name across the HP site?
Congratulations! Keep on going, and going, and going. The only words of advice
Hi isaacasante'
Sorry that I misunderstood your question, but "The Examiner-1" is the user name which I enetered when I applied. There are many hubbers on here who use 'pen names'.
Oh gosh.. So I guess it's too late for me to change mine then...
Go to this link, at number 5:
http://hubpages.com/faq/#changeusername
It may help you.
Yeah, look at my silly name.
Congrats on the hubs too. Next milestone will be the 1000 views.
Congratulations, Issac! There are many hubbers who have yet to publish a hub. So, you should feel good about your five features. Good job! Keep on writing!
Congratulations & Welcome to HubPages! I hope this inspires you to visit and write more often!
Yes, it inspires me even more! (I'm working on a new hub in my free time)

I'm thinking the answer is probably yes?If you have hubs that have been deemed "not featured", for one reason or another, will that factor into lowering your overall score/rating as a HubPages member? Example--let's say your overall rating is 75. If 10 non featured hubs become...

I have spent the last month editing, updating, and writing new hubs. This week I received an email from HubPages that I have published 25 Featured Hubs, which puts me in the Top 3% of Hubbers that have "achieved this milestone." I am so thankful for the feedback that so many of you have...

I wish to share a happy news here. It is about the feature position of my hubs. All my 65 hubs have been featured now. Till recently 4 to 5 remained non-featured. I devoted my time and attention well to improve my hubs and the outcome is this 100% featuring. I wish to...

Let me preface this by stating I am not trying to be mean or a troll. In fact, I avoid the forums because I don't want to get involved. But with so many posts about the topics I'm about to discuss, I wanted to put in my two cents and to offer a reality check to old and new hubbers...
