Woop, woop . . . I hit another milestone today, 100,000 views to my hubs. Yeaaay! I'm grateful to all of my fellow hubbers who read and share my hubs. But I'm eternally grateful to those who come by way of organic traffic. Organic traffic is King. Woop, woop!
Advice: Patience and luck. Having one or two hubs that hit the organic traffic jackpot is the key to sustaining good traffic. Also, write about something that's not covered extensively on the web, but people need. Lastly, write about things that people are either frustrated or stressed out about on a daily basis that probably won't change, but they are always looking for answers.
Congratulations - you are an inspiration! Here's hoping I will achieve the same target in the same space of time. It is amazing how one hub can sometimes do so well and make all the difference to one's stats. Thanks for the tip too.
Thanks, fellow hubbers, for taking the time to leave a congratulatory note and celebrate with me. I appreciate you all very much. I wish each and every one of you continued success as you reach your goals. Peace and Blessings.
I hit that same milestone not long ago, and I'm over halfway to hitting 200k! It's definitely awesome, and traffic continues to grow. Congrats! These types of milestones help us to go from anticipating a few dollars to anticipating a few hundred; just the encouragement we need. It's a great feeling!
No one deserves that milestone more, Jan. You're wonderfully warm and eternally positive and I love seeing those qualities get the attention they merit ... And then there's the outstanding quality of your hubs, which has to have something to do with it. Attagirl! I'm looking forward to seeing you announce your millionth view!
I usually don't post milestones in the forum, but wanted to share this one with you. Hopefully it will encourage others.I reached 100,000 views sometime in Sept or Oct., 2011 Yesterday or very early this morning I reached 200,000 views - I have 58 hubs.I was amazed to see how many views...
I just reached 100,000 views on 35 Hubs. (I only had 2 beginning in May of this year.) So, you can get great traffic from Google on HubPages! I'm happy about the traffic, but I wish the CPM were higher.
