Congratulations miss sallybea. Your hubs are execellent. They deserve to be recognized by hubpages. You have an outstanding imagination. You are creative and kind. I am looking forward seeing you in your next hub.
I have to agree with you Donna, I think it might inspire people to do more writing on the site. Getting to the 200,000 mark has been my personal goal for what seems ages. Thank you for all the support you have given me over the past three years. Sally.
My hubs can take me several days to write. I usually work on an idea long before I touch the keyboard. Once I have figured it out in my mind I go through the creative process and take the photographs. The editing process can take a while and also the selection of the photographs but that is the hard part done, only then can I settle down and write the hub. I am always motivated to do what I do because I love what I am doing and quite honestly I don't think I will ever be short of ideas. I maintain my own website, Zazzle and Etsy stores so I don't really have the time to write on any other content platforms. My advice is to listen to write about what you love doing and do it to the best of your ability. Views will come if you write about things you have knowledge about and which solve a problem for the reader.
I just reached 100,000 views on 35 Hubs. (I only had 2 beginning in May of this year.) So, you can get great traffic from Google on HubPages! I'm happy about the traffic, but I wish the CPM were higher.
I usually don't post milestones in the forum, but wanted to share this one with you. Hopefully it will encourage others.I reached 100,000 views sometime in Sept or Oct., 2011 Yesterday or very early this morning I reached 200,000 views - I have 58 hubs.I was amazed to see how many views...
This morning, my stats show that I have just over 990,000 views. At this rate, I should have 1,000,000 in less than two weeks. It seems like it has taken forever, but I think that's actually not bad considering I have fewer than 60 published hubs.
I quit publishing a while back after only 12 hubs...but have to admit I am encouraged to keep on going now. And finally starting to see a bit of money coming in too.....( a bit....lol). I was so excited when I started just under a year ago, then all the negativity got to me. Also most of the views...
WOW What a wonderful surprise to wake up to 10,000 views. In the last 4 months that I have been a hubber I have had my fair share of ups and downs. I started off nicely and then was hit with a sledge hammer and google hated me and every hub that I was associated with. Needless to say my views...
