I am not getting the weekly newsletters at all. Its not reaching the spam/junk folder either. I am using a verified email id for my account. I do receive all other messages like comments on hubs, new hubs published by my fav authors etc,. Can you please check Paul?, I feel sort of left out.
Hi SunSeven -
I confirmed 2 weeks ago that you were in our Topica database and that the newsletter is indeed going out to you.
My suspicion is that maybe your email provider, Hotmail, doesn't deliver the email to your inbox. In fact, this Hub seems to suggest Hotmail has a problem with delivery. We don't have attachments in our newsletter, but that might not make a difference.
You might consider changing your email address on file to another one, and seeing if that affects it.
Sorry there's not much else we can do.
Thanks Jason. I will change my email id.
That link is not working.
Ok. I have changed the id and verified it. Hope the messages get delivered! Thanks Jason.
