I tried that site and couldn't stand it. Wasn't user-friendly (to me) and their payment system was terrible. I guess this is my way of saying I'm not going to miss them.
Yeah, I invested a hub on those turkeys... It even still gets traffic. Soon as the traffic finally stops, chopping block time. In fact the same thing is happening to me with another hub of mine about another writing site. That site is soon to be a corpse, too. Yours truly isn't writing anymore writing-site reviews...
I think I read that hub you wrote on the site. It was a good hub too.
I don't think it's a wow moment at all. The surprising thing is that HubPages and a couple of others are still standing, considering Google's attitude.
Had I known of Teckler and had been writing there, I personally would have been dissatisfied with this abrupt announcement. Where is constancy and loyalty?
By the way, I nearly lost my computer today. I'm so relieved that my son-in-law was able to fix it (Windows hadn't shut down properly--all I had was a gray screen with a cursor).
Ultimately, I remind myself--no matter what happens in life, God loves me and provides all my needs.
Thank you for your attentiveness to web activity, Writer Fox. These updates, I'm sure, help persons considering opportunities online. Blessings!
I have not even heard of Teckler. I did not miss much. I never thought Squidoo would fold up so there are really no guarantees.
I checked out tecklr a few months back. They had very few rules and were being spammed like crazy. They lost their AdSense account due to the large amount of spam and would have been obliterated by Panda anyway.
I made some money in there and i got paid in 10 days i remember.

Yet another revenue-sharing site closes down. This is yet another indicator that there's no future for sites which don't specialise, unless they're news sites. Looking back, we've seen the closure of Squidoo, Helium, Associated Content, Yahoo! Voices, Bubblews, Zujava, Triond,...

It's starting to get frustrating that my hubs slip into idle mode and I'm not aware of it until I do a count of them. I wish they would notify me, not to mention explain why they did it. I admit my page views are incredibly low lately but this is the second time they stopped featuring...

I have been thinking of leaving HubPages for a while now because of several reasons. With their latest ebay/amazon update I now have to reformat over 90 hubs (Some had not been published yet and I was waiting for Halloween). Rather than doing this I will use my time looking for a site and...
