I tried that site and couldn't stand it. Wasn't user-friendly (to me) and their payment system was terrible. I guess this is my way of saying I'm not going to miss them.
Yeah, I invested a hub on those turkeys... It even still gets traffic. Soon as the traffic finally stops, chopping block time. In fact the same thing is happening to me with another hub of mine about another writing site. That site is soon to be a corpse, too. Yours truly isn't writing anymore writing-site reviews...
I think I read that hub you wrote on the site. It was a good hub too.
Thanks. I made a few bucks from it, but good-bye my dreams as to the yearly, steady income stream. Darn thing had placed good in the SERP's, too.
I don't think it's a wow moment at all. The surprising thing is that HubPages and a couple of others are still standing, considering Google's attitude.
Had I known of Teckler and had been writing there, I personally would have been dissatisfied with this abrupt announcement. Where is constancy and loyalty?
By the way, I nearly lost my computer today. I'm so relieved that my son-in-law was able to fix it (Windows hadn't shut down properly--all I had was a gray screen with a cursor).
Ultimately, I remind myself--no matter what happens in life, God loves me and provides all my needs.
Thank you for your attentiveness to web activity, Writer Fox. These updates, I'm sure, help persons considering opportunities online. Blessings!
I saw a blog post about this closure a few weeks ago, made by a Teckler member. She had received an email announcing the pending closure.
Me either. I never got paid on any other site except this one.
I have not even heard of Teckler. I did not miss much. I never thought Squidoo would fold up so there are really no guarantees.
I checked out tecklr a few months back. They had very few rules and were being spammed like crazy. They lost their AdSense account due to the large amount of spam and would have been obliterated by Panda anyway.
I made some money in there and i got paid in 10 days i remember.

I have been thinking of leaving HubPages for a while now because of several reasons. With their latest ebay/amazon update I now have to reformat over 90 hubs (Some had not been published yet and I was waiting for Halloween). Rather than doing this I will use my time looking for a site and...

This is long, so here's the bottom line: Basically, my problem is I want to build a site around the same topics and keywords I've done well with here on HP, but I don't want to do anything that would damage the work I've already posted here.I have a couple of niche HubPages accounts that do okay....

I guess they pay 70% of Adsense revenue to writers and you can write posts as short as Tweets or long as a Web article. Whatever length you want in other words. Earnings all depend on traffic: And I'm guessing mostly on your followers on social media.I concluded personally that it's not worth it;...

Hi! I'm excited to be here!I'll be honest I currently have a deep, dark foggy cloud surrounding me........... as I learned today that Yahoo Voices is closing. I am devastated and honestly in a complete shock. I have over 1000 articles published on there.I will start writing my NEW content...

Lately i have been hearing a lot about these two sister sites, but just wished to know are they worth writing for in terms of revenue? I am sure some of you might be on these two sites, what is your opinion?
