Last month towards the end of the month, my earnings balance for that month was over $16. When I received payment for that month is was a little over $3. What happened?
I'm not sure I understand your question, but the difference may have to do with payments from Amazon. The cycle is different on those. You can check your balance history

but it doesn't include last month's Amazon payment.
I was getting between .65 cents to .95 cents per day and ever since HP did some work on their system I am only making .13 cents to .20 cents per day and my views dropped horrible to around 37 per day.
