I know this has been talked about a lot. But why can't HP keep the stats working? This issue is basically happening daily and it's really frustrating.
Please don't refer me to Google Analytics. I don't care for that system works. HP starts are so much easier to review and help me when determining what hubs to review and edit.
So HP staff - can you explain why the stats are broken so much now?
I do agree with you David. Google analytics is difficult to use especially because you can't access it from your mobile. HP should tell us what they're doing about this issue and what we expect in the future.
But don't you worry. The faulty stats are not used to calculate your earnings, neither do they affect the actual number of visitors to your hubs.
I was just coming in to ask about this same issue. It can be very disheartening to see "Stats not updated for 25 hours". It makes it very difficult to stay motivated to work.
Why are there such huge gaps in the stats updates?
From time to time the stats have processing issues. Engineers look into it when they arise.
I do recommend using google analytics. They are much richer and they do work on mobile phones now.
We will get them fixed shortly.
Thank you for the update Paul. Being new here I just find it so much more motivating to come in and see at a glance the areas where I should be concentrating my efforts. Hopefully things stats will have a little more regularity in the future. The past few days they have been very glitchy.

It seems the stats are frozen again, as I have not seen a change in mine in a good long while. Has anyone else noticed this too?

You may have noticed that the stats button on your hub now says "stats disabled" and that your total hubs views are not moving up. We had a hardware failure on one the servers that we use to record and process the millions of views we get a day. We are working to restore the...

I saw where this issue has been addressed in the past and supposedly corrected. But for many weeks now, especially toward the end of the week and weekends, my HubPages stats will not update for hours and sometimes even days at a time. An example would be "Includes data from 17 hours ago and...

For the past two days, I've noticed that my hub score have deceased or increased, but the views have stayed the same as yesterday. Does anyone know what's going on with HP? Will they be updated or remain frozen? Even my new hubs have no views at all. :-(

This is a serious suggestion. The stats is a sore point for many hubbers. I say if HP can't fix it then remove it. No use having it if we can't get an update at least daily. The page views haven't moved for one week and in other forum it says that the issue has been resolved.Remove this or fix it so...
