I was recovering a bit after that last Panda hit, but since Thanksgiving my traffic has sunk fairly low. I am hoping this is normal for Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving. I only started getting decent traffic earlier this year, not too familiar with traffic trends.
Yep, traffic is usually lower during Thanksgiving. Everybody is too busy murdering poor, innocent turkeys and such. Including me.
Thanks, PDS and Solaras. That's good to know. Glad it's not just me.
same here, i think everyone is experiencing the same downfall, maybe wait after thanksgiving
Okay, "Traffic is usually lower during Thanksgiving."
My views are falling like so many stones. Today is worse than Thanksgiving. I guess everyone is out spending money on fabulous bargains.
Agreed, weekend will probably be the same.
Depending on subject matter, the first 3 weeks of December should do ok though.
my traffic plummeted yesterday, i mean PLUMMETED. but honestly, i hope that means people were off their computers and with their families because otherwise my traffic has been good.
No Words needed.......................except maybe these................@#%*&$@#
TT So sorry about your score. Makes you not want to get 100 if it's going to drop by 8. It will go back up. Anything in the nineties is exceptional.
It's pretty common sense, really.
People are busy doing other things, not looking up information on how to make a crappy sweater for their dog - so naturally HubPages views drop. This will happen around any major events, especially holidays. Even the SuperBowl you will see less views (Albeit not for as long as for a holiday)
There is always a big drop during the week of a holiday, especially Thanksgiving, a holiday focused on family. It should pick up next week.

I had to look twice at my stats today-I usually have around 60 to70 views/day-which is reasonable for my topics-because in the last 24 hours I've had 322! I am used to seeing lots of zeros next to my hubs, but it seems like they're all popular.Maybe I'm paranoid, but this creeps me out...Any...

I would really appreciate an explanation from one of the team as to why the stats on my account page do not match the stats on my individual hubs. Checked three hubs. All show significantly more views in the past 24 hours than my account page.My highest traffic hub shows 50% less views on my...

Well, its official, my hubs are all down about 39%. Strangely enough my profile views are up to 40%. This is very odd cause usually my profile views are never that high. Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe its just random.
