I recently published a recipe article. The guidelines recommend you use the star rating capsule in order for the recipe to rank with Google. However, several readers have commented that the capsule won't allow them to choose five stars. What's up with that? Is the rating capsule experiencing problems?
I just went through it and it is working perfectly. When you click 5 stars, it averages previous votes also. It was 4.3 when I visited. I clicked 5 star and the average is now 4.4 stars. So nothing to worry.
I just saw your answer, so it looks like things are working now, so you probably already know that there are three types of ratings: Your Rating Audience Rating Audience Recipe Rating
and that you have to edit the capsule and choose which one you want.
