Here's something to talk about. I wonder if this http://time.com/3710227/google-vint-cer … -dark-age/ means we'll lose all out articles in the future.

The sunlight this winter is unusual. Why is that? Southern California.

Actually, it will prove to be a big deal. A month of 70's is not right.

I guess this is real-time-diary; fine with that.

Some times I just get so tired.

But the seeing of a rainbow is so real.

    Closed for now.

I really do wonder what my last sign off post will be. I mean seriously, we really do not know what that might be.

No. I'm good for another 29 years. A true bastard I will be.

I think it might be one of the better pop songs that have come out over the last year. So is it snowing where you are? It is here, and frankly, I wish winter was over now. Way too much snow on the ground.

  21. littlething profile image98

Sorry. Got a phone call. Had to try and fix my friends internet over the phone.

  22. littlething profile image98

  24. littlething profile image98
    littlethingposted 9 years ago

Long story short, after about ten minutes, she realized this and plugged it back in. Filing this one under "Ridiculous reasons why my friends call". Last time it was because she could not find her cell phone.... that she called me from.

  25. paradigmsearch profile image59

I saw that. I do try.

  42. ChristinS profile image37

Write about what other career you would pursue if you had no limitations.  Me? I'd be a meteorologist.  Yesterday they called for a dusting of snow, this morning I wake up to a winter storm warning and 8 to 12 inches being forecast.  It got me to thinking - in no other career on earth can you get things wrong THAT much so often and still have people hang on your every word as though it were gospel.

Me, I'd be a meteorologist - yep.  Screw this aspiring writer gig where I have to fight to get people to listen to me and scrimp and scrape for a few odd cents here and there.  I'm going to go to weather gal school,  get all the weather forecasts wrong, make good money for being wrong consistently,  and people will still listen to me all the time regardless.  Wish I'd have thought of it 20 years ago wink

  43. paradigm search profile image55
    paradigm searchposted 9 years ago

Nice 98 you have there. How'd you do that?

    1. ChristinS profile image37
ChristinSposted 9 years agoin reply to this

If I knew, I'd share it, but I really have no idea.  It goes up and down pretty frequently.  I'm guessing maybe because I get a lot of social media engagement on a few of my hubs and have a fairly high average hub score? Other than that your guess is as good as mine what makes a high hubber score, or how to get it to stay there.  When I do updates or publish new hubs it goes down - go figure lol.
