For some reason, I cannot edit my profile. I tried to make a change in my bio and I tried to add a few of my social media sites. I log in all of my updates, then I press the save changes button, but it never saves it. Am I doing something wrong?

I just logged in and updated the facebook, twitter, and bio information for an account using Windows 8.1 and Chrome 42.0.2311.135 m and was able to do so without any errors and the update was reflected immediately.
I would suggest clearing your browser cache, restarting your computer, and trying another browser like Firefox.

At this time it does not appear to be an issue that affects all accounts, but there is no workaround for affected accounts.

I just confirmed that the profile now is recording change to the "In the Spotlight" and bio sections of the profile.

You can just log in to your account and then delete your precent data then enter your corect dataa.a.a.a.
I'm experiencing the same difficulty Missy Smith so it's not just you; when one tries to edit the ' Bio ' section, or amend the ' In the spotlight ' function on the ' Edit Profile ' menu, it won't have it. I've tried a dozen times each time over about a seventeen hour period on a laptop and used an outside public source desktop computer as well using Windows 7 with browser specifications Google Chrome and Internet Explorer respectivley. These bugs are usually ironed out fairly quickly though.

I have discovered Matthew, that it did allow me to change my picture and background, but it has yet to let me change my bio and add my social networks. So, yes, I'm trying to be patient, as I now know that I am not the only one having this issue. Thanks, and have a great weekend as well.
I am having trouble with altering my spotlight settings also. Hope it gets fixed soon.
