Just got this statement from Wikinut:
I had not used Wikinut for years myself.
That is one of the nicest and most open statements I have ever read.
And it gives us major insights as to what HubPages Staff have to go through everyday.
That's very interesting, and I agree that is a very honest and revealing statement. I'd thought about joining Wikinut before, but decided not to because I'd read in various places that the income wasn't good.
Yeah, bad news.
I was using it as a testing ground for article types, writings styles, and topics, etc.
Was right in the middle of "anything goes" and "not *that* infuriating to use" with a modest amount of income coming in (supposedly).
With only 20 articles posted over two months, I was making between .006 and .1 pounds a day even when not posting for a while. So the passive residual aspect seemed legit.
wikinuts had failure in the makings a long time....any writing site you write on your best bet is to backup yours stuff then later upload them to your own site.

I have been trying to close my wikinut account. However, I want to do it by closing my articles one by one, so that I can transfer them to Hub Pages. I have written a lot of letters to Wikinut and get no reply, and when I try to shut an article on wikinut it just comes back the next day. Can anyone...

I'd like the ability to create a few disclosure statements that I could then add to any of my Hubs as appropriate - not all would need them, but many of my hubs would definately benefit from a generic disclosure statement that I could add when setting up or editing the Hub.

So any of you watched the new episode of Cosmos. ...It is encouraging doubt as a contrast to faith. It's not overly atheist sounding but it took a little knife, jabbed it into the three great religions foundational doctrine which is "faith" and twisted it ever so gently.
