New Category, Please...

    Can we PLEASE have a stand-alone, top-level category for humor???  Pretty please with a cherry on top?

    People looking for humorous pieces are generally not going to start by searching 'literature and writing.'

    (And neither are people writing humor, either.  I had a heck of a time finding it...and did so only due to my own persistence, and research tactics.)

      I like your idea. I noticed that my humorous hubs don't last long, and are shelved with more views than some of my serious ones. It's like it's not worth the effort to write humor under these circumstances.

    But, MsLizzy, no one is searching HubPages by category anyway.   Over ninety percent of Hubpages readers come to HubPages from Google, and those people simply visit that one Hub and then leave, or click on "related Hubs".
