"I love quotations because it is a joy to find thoughts one might have, beautifully expressed with much authority by someone recognized wiser than oneself."

      Alicia,
That is so cool to hear. I was in a play where a character was based on her, but more of a parody.  During rehearsals, I was introduced to a song Dietrich she sang with soul, and longing, called "Falling in Love, Again."  It is considered her signature song. https://youtu.be/RiM7G6bqlPQ Every now and then, I think about her singing that song.
I am curious. Through your research, which aspect about her stood out the most?

I would say the fact that she wasn't afraid of being unconventional as well as her kindness during the war. Thanks for sharing the link. I want to learn a lot more about Marlene Dietrich.

That's great. Even though she was unconventional, she still had class, an amazing lady.
