HUB SCORE question which is puzzling me week by week?
More curiosity than anything. Can anyone explain why when I recieve my 'HubPages Weekly' it says "Your highest HubScore: 87" and yet on my Profile Page the score next to my photo does not appear to have dropped below 95...give or take 1? Have I got it wrong...is the one on my photo not a hubscore?
That highest hubscore in the newsletter refers to your individual hubs. The hubscore by your profile is your overall hubscore.
The question has apparently been answered by Uninvited Writer. I was going to say the same thing.
Note it says "Your highest HubScore: 87" and NOT your "Your highest AuthorScore: 87". Hubscore and Authorscore are different. Hubscore refers to score of your hubs while Authorscore refers to your profile score.

Pretty much without exception my Hub score will drop two, three or more points within an hour or two of first posting a Hub. Then it gradually, eventually goes up again. For example, today, March 31, 2011, I posted a...
