Here is what I am doing at the cemetery today. setting up and getting dug for new section to open with pre poured Monument foundations. One of my last jobs to take on before I leave for good.

Hi Cara, Just finished an app. for a school distict where I live. 5 schools total. My friend that live behind me knows the head of maintence for all 5 school and there is a good chance I will be getting an interview. 2 hour long application. Man thats worse than writing hubs LOL.
Wish me luck dear. Klara just maybe right. Her prediction a few posts ago said I will get and job by someone I know soon. I hope she is right> I have a great feeling about this Mark, keep visualizing it my friend! It's going to happen! If you believe it's yours IT IS! And I think it is as well.

Thank you!! I will try this first thing tomorrow. I purchased some organic hens tonight, so they'll make a terrific soup. My mom use to make a similar soup but only with water, onions and ginger. It was so strong that you could barely open your eyes to drink it. but it was magic! Unfortunately, the kiddles won't drink it! (I don't rule with the firmness that my mom did! 
)

I'm sitting out here watching the view from my balcony and listening to some kids that are singing (more like shouting) some Hanukah songs in a building that is accross the water in a Jewish center that has an afterschool program. I can't get away from KIDS SINGING!!!

Not a bad day today, only one fight at school. And my fifth graders really impressed the school counselor with a couple of Christmas songs that I don't know how I was able to teach them. So I'm happy! She's going to try to talk to the principal to see if she'll allow them to do a holiday concert. I am a bit sad because this is my first year not having one at either school. Everything is FCAT FCAT FCAT and teachers and administrators' evaluation will depend on it. So I've had no choice but to cut down the amount of effort I put into what I do even though I don't really like it.
I just have to take this opportunity to get some ME time and do whatever I can to do the best job with the little time I get the kids.

Hello and Good night, Mark! It's very windy today. Let's hope I can get some sleep tonight. The wind kept me up all night last night. I'm just not used to living on a sixth floor so close to the ocean.

I am up to 62 blog post and running out of thoughts Na I will think of more content for sure. Got to hit the hay so they say LOL Early to work tomorrow. I do have an interview for a job at the school district here where I live and it has 5 schools total.
The school system here at the shore is huge. Many children here, just not where I live in the 55 + community
The schools are only 5-10 minutes away from my home. Interview on Tuesday, Wish me luck for then no more 120 mile per day ride to work and back
I can even come home for lunch LOL

Well...interview on Wednesday for the school district
Going to be a long ride if I am selected for the one and only job opening withg many people appling. Then have to wait till board meeting Jan 19, then my package comein mail with what to do next. Pee in cup for drugs or alcohol, No problem there right girls ??? Electronic finger prints and back round check, then maybe be alble to start. Man things are so different nowadays
What ever happened to the interview and get hired within that interview or a couple days later. Man am i old I guess.
Anyway, that's it for now wherever you sweeties are
Love yaI'm definitely sending positive thoughts your way Mark. I'm sure that you will get it. The board meeting is just a formality, all school districts do that. The background check is because you will be working in a school, again all school districts do this. It won't take long for the background check. It will be worth the wait when you get it. Besides, with the holidays coming up, it won't be too long of a wait for you!
Good Morning Cara. Thanks I feel much better now knowing this. I am excited for this new job. I love being around people and see some happiness in people lives and not whaty I have been doing for the last 24 years. Mark is burned out in that line of work. The school district has a hub Theater called Ocean First and I went by that last night and it was packed. I believe that is where all the concerts and plays go on with the schools and that will be also a part of my job working in there,. I cant wait. It starts out as a SUB position and goes into full time when you prove yourself which I have no problem taking care of thAt.

I just got on here at HP because I just submitted an application to the hospital down the street. A posting came up yesterday and I applied just now.
Backk in my day at the hospital they called it Central Supply and now it is Distibution Associate . Hopefully I am on the top of the list and they will call. This online apps are a pain in the butt lol;
I am determined to get a job here and to tell you the truth I loved working in the Hospital for those 10years. Maybe It will happen again I will keep you informed and yes I meant when you start your nights this week and now I know > I will not call during those days for you need your rest after a long 12 hour shift
