    How do I make a link (amazon, kontera) active, show they are set, but not active..

    google is active and I am receiving income from them, I want more streams of revenue what am i doing wrong?

    I do not use Kontera but my Amazon says set and it works just fine. when you include an Amazon capsule on your hub all links are created using your affiliate code.

    you have to add capsule of amazon to make amazon ads appear and regarding kontera, when u login and see your hubs you wont see kontera ads since you are its owner for a specific hub published by you. your visitors for your hubs will see kontera ads

    but for amazon you have to add amazon capsule before publishing your hub
