Well, I'd say there are two reasons for this:
1) It's not a keyword with very much competition, and
2) HubPages tends to rank pretty highly on Google.
I checked it out and you are right. You are the first result for the two search terms adsense and caution. How many hits are you getting a day? The only thing I can say is that is pretty cool but I wonder how many people search "adsense and caution". I wrote one about adsense and mobile apps and it has gotten only 6 hits in the last few months! Maybe I should change my title to something like yours.
Yap, number one, sadly no one is searching for that particular terms.
