You sure can! I just discovered that the other day. Hubpages will not allow you to over promote, so I would just use the link a couple times. When you go into editing your hub, highlight the word at which you want to place your link. There is a small link icon on the menu editor select that link tool and your done. You can contact me again if you need a picture of the link tool. It looks like an infinity symbol.
Unfortunately you can not use or include your clickbank affiliate Id on hubpages. Unless you were writing a product review and linked to the sales page but you need to be careful how many times you do this per hub or it may be unpublished due to being over promotional. I think if I remeber correctly you are only allowed two links per hub, per item.
As what I have experienced using clickbank on hubpages, just don't use overly promotional anchor text to link to the sales page of clickbank merchants such as "CLICK HERE TO BUY", and the likes.
