    If it isn't cooked by someone who works in a restaurant, there's a good chance it will be crackers and cheese (on a paper towel), or a soyburger (1 minute in the microwave) stuck in a ripped-apart chunk of Parisian bread (so besides not dirtying a plate, I won't dirty a knife either).
