I make some. For me, it's more important for building quality links and improving search rankings of the sites I own
Yes, definitely. You can make money through AdSense, Amazon, eBay, and Kontera. You can also review other affiliate offers, promote your own products, and send people to your own sites.
And by building links to your main site(s), you are also helping it rank higher in Google, which can mean more indirect income by writing Hubs.
I write articles for money, I write articles for me and my readers - that's the beauty of hubpages, you can do both.
you could never make any money here. I like to write my life stories and experiences for people to enjoy and a poem now and then to make people laugh. God Bless
I used to write hubs in order to take money, but I found that with hubpages you need to much effort to actually earn money. These days I am writting to test stuff out and to express myself as I am involved to more complicated money earning projects
Initially I signed up on hubpages for making some extra money but as I started writing, I felt that I should only focus on writing good hubs and not from a monetary angle. But the good news is that when you publish good content and optimize the hubs, you attract a lot of traffic and earn money over a period of time.
I like to write Hubs for pleasure... If I happen to make a few pennies from adsense, etc, it is simply a bonus!
I write hubs to make money online. I'm also learning a lot on Hub Pages.

My organization is pretty fair on what it blocks/allows. Usually blocks things about gun violence, cults, and drugs. They also only...

There are some troubled men who regularly use forums, and they have not a single hub in their profiles. How come? How is it allowed? I do not get it--- Is HubPages a chat-website?

I just read the hub challenge that asked us to flag hubs that were poor in quality, etcso, out of curiosity I went to the Hubs section and hit latest and ....holy cwap, batman!!! there is so much junk here. It is clear that many either wrote a hub in their native language and translated it via...

But instead of buying them with money, we buy them with time and labor. And then every morning we drop by our accounts page to see how much we've won. I'm fine with that.I don't know where my above thought came from, but I decided to inflict it on everybody anyway.
