No. I don't even know how to promote my hubs aside from using Hubpages.

I do not use anything to promote my hubs, as I just do not understand it all on here, &  have not the time or patience to figure it all out right now ..maybe one day in the future I will . I have seen people say they are making money writing on here , but mine always says zero $ ...so I write because I like to , when the mood strikes me , or if I pop on here and a topic stirs me to write . smile

No, I get tired just thinking about chasing down all the social networks. I have put backlinks on my own blog, along with summaries of the articles, and other information about the books I've written, but I just get tired of all the fads and schemes and strategies for getting traffic. Today it's backlinks...tomorrow Google will change it's algorithm again, and then suddenly it'll be some other thing we have to do to get traffic...LOL. I just assume write the hubs, and for the most part just let the traffic flow where it may...LOL smile

I think reddit and digg are easier to post to.

Not too much.  When I first came here, I tried most all suggestions.  It took too much time.......

I do like some venues for backlinking, but not chasing rainbows.

Yes, although it has not helped me immensely so far, I will keep trying it, as it is quick and cannot hurt.

I'm pretty new to HubPages and didn't even think about that option. Thanks for the tip!
