Depends on your goals, but for most people it's fine.
The features are pretty limited, as with all free hosted solutions, so keep that in mind if based on what type of website you're building. If you're making a website for to share your mind, it's a perfect place (simple and no work for you other than to write and share). If you're making a website for profit or business, you're better off with your own self-hosted WordPress install.
