My name is actually Tammy not "new" lol...Ok that was dumb..Just thought I would at least try to be funny. People say I am too serious. I am a new member at hubpages and I am scared to even type my question with out violating the rules...hmmm! I just don't know how I am doing on my writing? My first article was deleted it did break the rules somehow...so instead of keep fixing it, I just deleted.
Well anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and get a little insight on how everything works on this site.
Thanks to all of you for any help.
Tammy
Welcome to HP! Definitely ask questions here, on the forums - the people here are great and most are very willing to help. Also, just search around for hubs - there are TONS of hubs that are designed to teach a newbie what it's all about here at HP. I am amazed at how much I've learned in my short two months here.
Your hubs are good. Keep up the good work!
Repair, improve and otherwise fix your hub you deleted and learn everything you can about why it was tagged. That's the best way to learn how to write great hubs.
And write lots.
BTW, welcome. I'd even consider reading a hub if you'd post one. [smile broadly].
Anyhoo, hope you enjoy it here. Most of us do, despite the religion forum. LOL
Hey tammy welcome to hubpages. Have fun hubbing, have fun, reading, and have fun posting comments in the forums. Don't be afraid to speak your mind here.
Welcome to your new home! You can say anything you want as long as you agree with me, if you don't they'll make you do extra work until you realize the error of your ways. Well, I wished it worked like that.
Only cause you're anwry! Not because I'm wrong!
hehehe Yes I am anwry..lmao
And Tammy just to warn you I am like this so if you see a comment from me don't take it too seriously unless I state otherwise.
besides, she's having problems with her cat...
Thank-you for the welcome...I still have the nervous etchy feeling you know? I will be part of the family real soon and start checking everyone out.
Hi there and welcome to one of the best places around.
I had a look around your profile and so far so good. It looks like you are on the right track. I will go and have a quick look at your hubs now to see whats happening there.
Good luck here, I think you will find a lot of great people to communicate with.
Tammy crazedwriter said It perfectly . Say what you have to say and just enjoy the process . Just have fun !! I think alot of people around here take this way to serious .It has taken me damn near a year and a half to get 10 fans that actually read my lame hubs ! So just have fun ! That Is part of the purpose here too !
Wow...I feel loved lol...Thank-you to everyone for the encouragement...I will eventually get to everyones profile and articles....I am amazed by the helpful responses, you guys really know how to make a newbie feel at home..Thanks!
Welcome Tammy, I read a hub, and left a comment and gave it a thumbs up. You are off to a great start in my view.
Don't worry Tammy, I felt the same when I started on hubpages, but before I knew it I was a total addict. Stick with it, and if you are worried about your hub being a rulebreaker, just bear in mind the basic rules, no porn, no promoting of gambling sites, no multiple promoting of affilliate sites (max 2), and no more than two links to the same site outside of hubpages in any one article. You can't go too far wrong if you stick to these ground rules. Good Luck.
I am getting use to this site...Hopefully the helpful support will continue. Thanks everyone!
Welcome to the hubbing community Tammy! You'll find many hubbers who have deep knowledge of the ongoings, others who have great wit and many more who have a multitude of talent. Enjoy, have fun and relax -- it's a great space to be in! Happy hubbing!

Hello everyone, I am RJ. I have been a member of hubpages for three years now but it's been an on again, off again relationship so far. I have also been very inconsistent with my hubs. And this is the first time I am posting on the forum. Well, not exactly, because I replied to one forum post...

How much has changed in the last couple of years? Not sure if anyone here would even remember me. Are things getting better or worse? Just wondering.

I've posted some of my poetry, but I really don't know much about this site. Would love some constructive criticism. Thanks

I am new to both but just wanted to say that I am very much impressed with HubPages. I put up some stuff there first and then found out about this site. So, I put up a few things here as well. The difference is incredible. Both sites are relatively easy to negotiate and...

Just received HubPages Editor email telling me I had 25 Featured Hubs and that I am in the top 3% of Hubbers. Is that really the case?Only 3% get to the point of having 25 featured hubs. How many hubbers are there, then?I've only been writing hubs for just under 6 weeks. 25 hubs written and all are...

Ok, I am brand new to hubpages. I created my first hub/article and published it. I can see it in my profile, and when I view it, the bread crumbs show it is under 'politics'. However, if I go to politics and then click 'latest', my hub/article doesn't show up.Clearly I don't...
