would it count as if you yourself clicked on the ad?
Yes, because it is indistinguishable from you clicking on an ad.
Yes, at best they can only tell that the ad click came from your network. That includes not just any person at your computer, but any computer in your house. If you have wireless, it also includes anyone connected to your wireless router.
