like most accolades, it depends on quantity, not quality. eg, 100 hubs, not 100 great hubs. it's a purely numeric indicator, no one is evaluating comments, questions, answers, etc
It is an annoying distraction and I have only been home from my road trip 12 hours. Perhaps it is time to move elsewhere.
