Over-Whelmed With What You Don't Know?

Any other dumbo hubbers out there like me, who feel over-whelmed at times about the amount of things you need to know if you want to make some cash? SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Content, Keywords etc., etc., To me the list seems endless!

It takes a while to get a handle on everything, but you will!  Of course, Amazon made it easier for those of us who live in California ... no more affiliate marketing!

I'm in. Although I do have some experience and knowledge regarding this, it sometimes goes overboard. Link here, share there, should I tweet or digg? and blah blah!!
Its like the passwords floating around my head and I'm kinda confused which is the correct one.

Dude, I haven't looked at all of your content - but when you produce web pages like the one of the ancient kingdom of Fife that you did - stuff like that (very high quality) is the cream that rises to the top.

The people that run reddit.com seem to literally hate me - so they won't let me have a real account - or I'd put some of your hubs there myself.  My advice is to put your hubs on reddit. . . .but if you only share your hubs, they'll eventually hate you there like they hate me.

But reddit drives more traffic to hubs than any other site that I know of.

Are you on Facebook?  Facebook groups are sometimes good to great sources of traffic.  I created a FB group that . . .sometimes works out well, and the dozens of wordpress bloggers that are in it.

Newsvine is another decent site to join that you could use to drive traffic to your hubs.

Hello, yes me!  I have a headache with all the stuff I am supposed to use. SEO, social media etc.

At times I just throw away the you should and how to advice and just wing it. The surprising thing some of those wing-it hubs are my most read.

Should that tell me something?  I'm hopeless at SEO and Social Media.  LOL

It can seem overwhelming. We have so many social media sites to plug our blogs on now that we have to keep track of the passwords. This might be over kill since good content will take you further then flashy media sites.

It is overwhelming in the beginning.  But you'll get the hang of it.  This sounds like an excellent book that someone needs to write.

I am in the same boat here. I started out blogging initially just for fun and eventually to make a bit of money as I am at home anyway. However so far - nada, nothing. Then you have to carefully check the TOS - I for example, posted a series of articles and my last one got blocked due to any violations I am not aware of.... also the joys of getting followers / networking. I have seen some hubbers with less articles and some with even quite (in my opinion) not an interesting content but have way more followers and readers....
I suppose we just have to keep hanging in there and hoping for the best smile
