Need help with duplicate content - when is it safe to resubmit for publication?
I am new to HubPages and my first hub was unpublished due to duplicate content. The subject of the hub is new EEOC regulations and the hub initially contained a long quote from the regulations, which I've now removed. I then used articlechecker.com, which did not identify any problems. Is it safe to resubmit for publication? Or am I out of luck because there have been a lot of articles out there summarizing the new regulations, although I tried to put my own spin on it? (Note, I haven't found another hub on the subject.)
The best thing would be to contact the team and ask them whether your hub is safe for publication.
Thanks. How do I contact the team? I'm not seeing it anywhere.

I was just checking my stats when I noticed that a hub I published on 1-7-07 has been flagged and incurring a HP penalty for duplicate content. It's my highest earning hub and HP giving me a penalty-and then asking me to wait 72 hours for a review on something I published a year ago is...

Over the past couple of months I've been slowly reorganizing my content by niche. This means moving Hubs from one subdomain to another, as well as moving content from elsewhere on the web to HubPages. More often than not, each time I try to move a Hub I trigger the darn duplicate content...

I have a hub that I have yet to publish. I've been working on it and then this warning suddenly shows up "WARNING [?]NOTE: A substantial portion of the content on this hub appears on other pages". How do I get rid of this warning? And how can I find exactly which part of this hub has the...
