HubNugget! How to join if you don't fit the requirement?
I miss out HubNugget and I regretted it! Now, how can I go for HubNugget as I understand that only newcomers can join?
The HubPages staff makes the selection. There is not an official entry - simply write interesting and informative hubs.
HubNugget isn't something one can join. Each week, the HubPages staff selects three categories of Hub topics. Then they nominate six Hubs within each of those topics that were written by new Hubbers. The HubPages community and others (friends and family members of the nominees, for instance) vote on the article within each category that they like the best.
The top three authors in each category receive a HubNugget Accolade. My winning Hub was written less than three weeks ago.
New users who join the site are allowed to participate for their first ninety days. Any and all Hubs published in that time are considered.
If you don't publish in that timeframe, you miss out. And once the three months is over, you are no longer eligible.

First, apologies to Tori since it will SEEM like I'm picking on her HotD - I'm not. These featured hubs need to be touched by an editor if Hubpages is ever going to be taken seriously as a 'real' writing site.1. The Title is Wordy2. Restain should be re-stain3. FIRST sentence, misspelled word:...

They all but accuse me of running some kind of kiddie porn dungeon, because on my hub about having 'itchy nuts', some worried '14 year olds' have questioned whether the fact they masturbate might be the cause of their itching. In the comments section.Go figure.

all the people I see spamming the forums are signing up long enough to post on the forum but aren't writing any hubs. So ... I was thinking. Why not require three hubs from a person before they can post in the forums? They would still be allowed to read to their heart's content, but they would need...
